Excellent Stay Near Alexanderplatz
central location breakfast buffet friendly staff water pressure
I appreciated the central location. It was easy to reach various attractions. the breakfast buffet was great. (i especially liked the fresh pastries!) the staff were friendly and efficient, quickly addressing my queries. the shower had good water pressure and temperature. It made mornings more pleasant.
The pillows were quite soft and thin. I would have preferred firmer ones.

The hotel is conveniently located a few hundred meters from the alexanderplatz train station. this station offers direct access to the airport. This made my arrival and departure very smooth and efficient.

The hotel provides essential services for a comfortable stay. The downstairs restaurant offered drinks and food late into the evening. My room faced the street, but it was quiet. The staff was always available and very helpful with directions.
The shower design allowed water to leak onto the bathroom floor.

Breakfast included many choices such as assorted breads, cold cuts, fruits, cereals. Coffee machines provided hot chocolate and grapefruit juice. I appreciated the variety. The breakfast room offered ample seating.

The hotel provided direct access from the elevator to the basement parking. I found this very convenient. The parking was well-lit. A Netto supermarket is just a short walk away, open from 7:00 to 22:00.

The hotel location was great, offering easy access to many attractions. the breakfast had a lot of options. I especially loved the fresh pastries. i found the staff helpful (they offered great local tips!).

i felt very secure because the hotel is close to the train station and public transport. many sights were within easy walking distance from the hotel. i enjoyed the pub next door because it had good food, beer, and music. the breakfast selection was also good.
I noticed a slight lack of shampoo in the bathroom. Only hand soap was available .

the hotel provided great transport links from the airport. the fast train to alexanderplatz, rb23, took only 25 minutes and was a short walk to the hotel. the tv tower in alexanderplatz was a good reference point.
i found the pillows were terrible. they were the flattest pillows i have ever seen.

The breakfast was varied and tasty. I especially liked the fresh pastries. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times, addressing every question I had. I found the location very convenient for accessing public transport, like trains and trams.
The gym equipment was a little dated. Though functional, some machines could use updating.
